Aloha! Help Julie create her Hawaiian Workouts!

Julie (and some of the fabulous 'Core Results' crew) are heading to the beautiful Hawaiian Islands to shoot her next set of videos and she wants your help!

She wants to put together a set of videos based on what her clients & friends would like in a workout...  Her plans are this: 5-7 various DVDs/formats.  The rest - well - that's up to you!

Ideas might be: Format types, type of music, workout theme, what would make you want to work out, length of workouts...

Send Julie an email with your ideas at julie@pushpointfitness.com.  The person who has the idea that is used the most specifically will win the entire set of DVDs produced while in Hawaii!  

All entries/ideas are due by September 30, 2010.  The DVDs will be available mid-December, for a 2011 New Year's Resolution kick off!
