What Are PushPoints?
The moment/situation when you are faced with making a decision that allows you to either meet your goals or abandon them.
Example: When trying to run for the first time in a while, when do you decide when to quit? Do you meet your goal or stop yourself short? How can that be applied to life? When you ‘fell of the wagon’, what was it that kept you from getting back on? What allowed you to stay down?
Common PushPoint Barriers
- Time
- Knowledge
- Commitment
- Denial
- Resources
- Motivation
